24th May | - Arrive Toulouse and transfer to Studio Preniac
- Welcome drinks on the terrace to discuss the week

25th May | - Working in and around Studio Preniac (9.30-12.30 pm)
- Lunch at Studio Preniac followed by free time
- Watercolour demonstration & studio time (4.00 –6.00 pm)
- Dinner

| Tuesday 26th May | - Visit to Montcuq with sketching time (9.30-12.30 pm)
- Lunch at a local restaurant followed by free time
- Acrylic demonstration and studio time (4.00 – 6.00 pm)
- Dinner

| Wednesday 27th May | - Visit to Lauzerte with sketching time (9.30-12.30 pm)
- Lunch at Studio Preniac followed by free time
- Pastel demonstration then studio time (4.00 – 6.00 pm)
- Dinner

| Thursday 28th May | - Free Day – Optional trip to Cahors
- Return to Studio Preniac at 4.00 pm
- Dinner

| Friday 29th May | - Visit to Prayssac for the morning market (9.30-12.30)
- Lunch at Studio Preniac followed by free time
- Studio time (4-6pm)
- Dinner at a local restaurant

- Studio time followed by Exhibition of work produced
