In and Around Studio Préniac:

Our tutor Charlotte very much enjoys teaching, and has devised a semi-structured course tailored to suit artists of all levels, including complete beginners, designed to optimise your progress throughout the week.

Initially drawing and painting within the confines of Studio Preniac, then on location in nearby villages and in the countryside, Charlotte will concentrate on helping you develop your drawing and painting skills.

Charlotte is experienced in all painting mediums, including acrylics, watercolour and oils and is equally at home with landscape, interiors, still life, and abstract work.

Charlotte employs a range of teaching styles, working with the group as a whole as well as one to one. She will set both individual and group tasks that will stretch students, allowing for tangible progress and for each individual to gain the most from their experience.

At the end of each day Charlotte will lead a very positive but informal group critique, which will allow students to reassess their work and continue to make further progress.
